Outdoor Spaces Manager

As a skilled Outdoor Spaces Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the upkeep and development of outdoor areas in Singapore.
- Manage landscape maintenance tasks, including pruning, weeding, and mulching.
- Organize work orders with ground crew personnel and ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Plan daily schedules for the workforce and review plant health, soil, water, and environmental conditions.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve project objectives and maintain high-quality results.
Key responsibilities include:
Landscape Maintenance and Management- Supervise the upkeep of outdoor spaces, ensuring timely completion of tasks and maintaining high standards of quality.
- Implement effective strategies to manage pests and diseases, and improve growing conditions using proper fertilizers and soil mixes.
- Review and update work orders as necessary to ensure alignment with project goals.
- Monitor and report on plant health, soil, water, and environmental conditions to inform decision-making.
