Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced polo professional to join our team as a Polo Instructor. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in coaching and teaching polo, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with players of all levels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To design and deliver polo lessons to both beginners and experienced players, with a focus on improving technique and increasing enjoyment of the game.
  • To assist the polo captain in organizing club and international tournaments, including arranging teams, schedules, and logistics.
  • To provide expert advice on polo-related matters, including equipment, horse care, and injury prevention.
  • To contribute to the development of polo programs and initiatives, working closely with other coaches and professionals.


Requirements:
  • A minimum of ten years' experience in a related field, with a proven track record of success in coaching and teaching polo.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels.
  • Fluent English language skills, with local language skills beneficial.
