Job Title: Coffee Service Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Coffee Service Specialist to join our team. As a Coffee Service Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that every customer leaves the café feeling satisfied.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized service to customers by learning their names, favorite drinks, and food items.
  • Sell and serve drink and food items to customers in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Educate customers about our premium coffees and beverages.
  • Answer customer questions regarding coffee, drinks preparation, and product freshness.
  • Competently prepare and sell coffee drinks by following prescribed recipes and preparation techniques for espresso-based drinks.
  • Generate revenues by attracting new customers through defining new and expanded services and products.
  • Maintain inventories by replenishing coffee bean supply, maintaining supplies, pastries, and cookies, specialty drinks for coffee bar.
  • Perform data entry of stock inventories in a timely manner.
  • Keep equipment operating by following operating instructions, troubleshooting breakdowns, maintaining supplies, performing preventive maintenance, calling for repairs.
  • Maintain safe and healthy work environment by following organisation standards and sanitation regulations.
  • Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities such as through participating in retail trade and food service publications.
  • Provide training to staff in accordance to company training guide and manuals.
  • Enhance brand reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests such as exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
  • Report to Operation Manager on any operational inconsistencies.
  • Manage the social marketing aspects to promote Dal.Komm branding.
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.


Requirements:
  • Possess basic hygiene course certification.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrate customer service focused and solution-oriented approach.
  • Maintain positive company morale and professional attitude.
  • Be punctual and responsible.
  • Have desire to constantly learn and grow professionally.
  • Be able to work overtime, as needed.
  • Be able to work on weekends and Public Holidays.
  • Be able to travel to work overseas if required.
  • Maintain personal hygiene at all times.
