About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Communications Manager to spearhead our internal and external communications strategy.

In this pivotal position, you will shape our voice, strengthen our brand presence, and engage our diverse community of students, parents, staff, and alumni.

Key Responsibilities
  • Content Strategy and Campaign Management

Develop a strategic content plan for our digital channels, including website, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube, to drive engagement and recognition in Singapore and globally.

Collaborate with Marketing & Admissions to create compelling video content for the website and social channels to attract prospective parents and students.

Manage all parent communication channels, including website, Parent Portal, College App, newsletters, podcast, and other key publications.

  • Write and Edit Articles

Produce engaging articles for both internal and external channels.

  • Communication Channels

Identify gaps in communication and continuously improve existing channels or create new ones.

  • Evaluate Communication Effectiveness

Measure and evaluate communication efficacy through metrics and qualitative data.

People, Resource, and External Vendor Management
  • Team Leadership

Manage and motivate a team of three direct reports, guiding their development and performance.

Plan work allocation and ensure seamless project execution.
