We are seeking an experienced Operations Management Specialist to join our team at EXCELTEC PROPERTY MANAGEMENT PTE LTD. As an Operations Management Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our property management services.
About the Role:- You will be responsible for coordinating, assigning, and managing daily operational activities to achieve business objectives.
- Plan and deliver schedules utilizing available manpower and equipment to optimize efficiency.
- Maintain positive relationships with customers through exceptional customer experience.
- Serve as liaison between customers and departments within the company.
- Prepare progress reports and compile attendance for monthly submission.
- Prepare schedules for cleaners and schedule periodic cleaning.
- Prepare quotations for ad-hoc requests from clients.
- Record attendance and job completion forms.
- Attend weekly meetings in the office.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant industry is preferred.
- Good communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- A competitive salary range of SGD $4,500 - $6,000 per month, depending on experience.
