Job Title: Infrastructure Reliability Specialist
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Infrastructure Reliability Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the high availability, performance, and overall system health of our infrastructure platforms.
- Maintain and enhance monitoring tools to ensure proactive identification and resolution of potential issues.
- Collaborate with software engineers to design scalable and resilient systems that meet our business requirements.
- Develop tools and applications to improve operational efficiency and reduce alert fatigue.
- Participate in on-call rotations and contribute to incident response efforts.
- Document processes, configurations, and best practices to ensure knowledge sharing and compliance.
- At least 1-3 years' experience in DevOps or SRE.
- Strong understanding of Linux/Unix systems, shell scripting, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Familiarity with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes) and monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Gitlab, Bitbucket, Jira) and programming/scripting skills in Python, Java, or Bash.
- Good written and verbal communication skills, with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
