MIRAGLID PTE. LTD. is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Marketing Director to lead our marketing efforts in Singapore.

About the Role

This role involves developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to achieve company goals, including brand awareness, customer acquisition, and sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategy Development: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to understand market needs, trends, and customer preferences. Identify and define target audiences, developing strategies to reach and engage them effectively.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, implement, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns to promote products or services. Oversee the creation and distribution of engaging content across all channels to support campaigns and build the brand voice.
  • Brand Development: Collaborate with creative teams to develop and maintain consistent branding, ensuring all marketing efforts reflect the company's mission, values, and brand guidelines.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Track and analyze key marketing metrics, providing actionable insights and regular reports to leadership.
  • Team and Stakeholder Collaboration: Coordinate with sales, product development, customer service, and other departments to ensure aligned goals and cohesive messaging.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree or MBA preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on industry-specific knowledge.
  • Skills: Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in data analysis tools and software.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of marketing principles, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is SGD $80,000 - SGD $120,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additional benefits include opportunities for professional growth and development, a dynamic and supportive work environment, and a competitive compensation package.
