The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with extensive experience in managing architectural projects and teams.
This role requires a highly motivated and skilled individual who can effectively lead and manage a team of professionals, assist in the management and coordination of architectural related issues, and demonstrate strong leadership qualities.
- Assist in the management and co-ordination of architectural related issues.
- Lead and collaborate with the site team, demonstrating a proactive mindset and effective communication skills.
In order to excel in this position, you should possess the following skills:
- A degree in Architecture or equivalent from a university recognized by the Board of Architects, Singapore.
- Minimum 8-10 years' relevant site working experience.
- Mature, possessing leadership quality and having effective communication skills to interact with people at all levels.
Desirable qualities for this role include:
- Proactive mindset with the ability to lead and collaborate with the site team.
- Familiarity with handover and defect inspection processes for large scale infrastructure projects.
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational and documentation skills.
Key responsibilities will include leading and collaborating with the site team, assisting in the management and coordination of architectural related issues, and possessing strong leadership qualities.
