The successful candidate will play a key role in formulating strategies and policies to maximise non-fare revenue potential of LTA's existing and future public transport assets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and review policies, frameworks, and initiatives to optimise non-fare revenue across LTA assets.
  • Structure commercial arrangements to ensure risks and rewards are allocated effectively among stakeholders.
  • Work with internal divisions and government agencies to optimise design of new transport assets and refine regulatory processes.
  • Facilitate innovative proposals for advertising and retail to enhance value creation of public transport assets.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Economics, Engineering, Business Administration, or Science/Social Science disciplines.
  • At least 2 years of working experience.
  • Drive and resourcefulness to produce innovative solutions to address policy issues.
  • Ability to think critically, write concisely, and present clearly.
  • Highly adaptable and able to work independently and under pressure.
  • Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
