Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned attorney to join our legal team. As a Global Contract Attorney, you will be part of a dynamic group responsible for supporting various businesses in the region.

With over 50 years of experience in the Asian market, we provide cutting-edge solutions for customers across multiple domains.

Key Responsibilities and Activities:

  • Contract Advisory: Provide expert advice to operational teams on contractual structures, ensuring they meet local regulations and contribute to the competitiveness of our offers.
  • Contract Drafting and Negotiation: Develop and negotiate contracts that align with our interests, maintaining consistency in their content.
  • Risk Analysis: Participate in risk assessment processes and help construct mitigation plans.
  • Cooperation Agreements: Prepare and negotiate agreements that support business development.
  • Contractual Clauses: Assist purchasing in defining clauses to be included in subcontracting contracts.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Law or a related field, complemented by a specialization in law, and a minimum of 8-12 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language Proficiency: Excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written.
  • Familiarity with compliance programs and the ability to conduct compliance analyses.
  • Strong proactive approach towards stakeholders and effective priority management skills.
