Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Specialist to join our Engineering team at Royal Plaza. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for executing daily, periodic, and preventive maintenance works for our hotel's building, facilities, and equipment with high standards of workmanship aligned to our SOP.


Key Responsibilities
  • Attend to all maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure efficient energy consumption and provide a safe and comfortable environment for our guests.
  • Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules, solicit quotations from contractors, and delegate/supervise projects.


Requirements
  • Minimum NTC 3 / NTC 2 / Industrial Technician Certificate in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or Building Services Engineering or equivalent.
  • Preferably 1 – 5 years of relevant working experience in the Hospitality industry.
  • Candidate with Electrical worker license will be advantageous.
