Job Opportunity: HR Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.

The successful candidate will have the following skills and qualifications:

  • Diploma in Human Resource Management or above
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR Functions
  • Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions carefully

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Managing employee records, contracts, and HR documentation accurately
  • Assisting in payroll preparation and ensuring timely processing in collaboration with finance
  • Supporting performance management processes, including appraisal tracking and training coordination
  • Advising employees on HR policies, procedures, and benefits queries
  • Ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies
  • Organizing employee engagement and wellness activities
  • Preparing HR reports and maintaining HR databases
