About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced professional with strong analytical skills and leadership abilities to oversee the accounts payable function. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely recording of invoices from suppliers, inter-companies, and staff claims into the financial system.
Key Responsibilities:- Accounts Payable Management: Ensure that all invoices and expenses are properly authorised and processed in a timely manner.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyse reports to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Leadership: Lead a team of juniors to complete tasks on time and provide guidance and support as needed.
- Process Improvement: Assist in streamlining accounts payable processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Compliance: Ensure that all transactions comply with internal controls and policies.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A diploma or degree in finance or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in finance and leadership roles, preferably in a similar position.
- Strong analytical skills and knowledge of numerical data.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications and SAP accounting software.
- A proactive and self-motivated approach to work.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
We offer a competitive salary of SGD $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for career growth and professional development.
