Immersive Experience Facilitator

Escape Room Facilitators are responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences in our immersive escape rooms. The ideal candidate will be a skilled communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently as part of a dynamic team.

  • Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and offering guidance as needed
  • Maintain a clean and organized game area, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
Requirements:
  • Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Reliability and punctuality
  • Physical ability to lift and move props and equipment (up to 25 pounds)
