Casual Entertainment Assistant

Join our team as a Casual Entertainment Assistant. This role is perfect for those who enjoy providing excellent customer service and working in a fast-paced environment.

  • Provide exceptional customer service to patrons attending events at Marina Bay Sands.
  • Assist patrons in finding seats, lighting the way with flashlights if necessary.
  • Search for lost articles or assist parents of lost children.
  • Refuse admittance to undesirable persons or verify tickets/passess.
  • Settle seating disputes and help solve other patrons' concerns.
  • Guide patrons to exits or provide other instructions in case of emergency.
  • Examine and scan tickets or passes to verify authenticity.
  • Greet patrons attending events.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, be able to maintain composure under stress, and enjoy working in a fun-filled environment. They should also be able to work flexible hours, including nights and holidays.

Requirements
  • Commit to at least six months of service.
  • Ability to provide quality customer service.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work any assignment.
