Drupal PHP Developer Position

We are seeking an accomplished Drupal PHP developer to join our team in creating and implementing innovative solutions for our clients. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining complex software applications using the Drupal CMS platform.

About the Role:
  • Create and implement new features to enhance the performance, scalability, and availability of our Drupal-based systems.
  • Maintain service interfaces between Drupal and external systems, ensuring seamless integration and data exchange.
  • Conduct thorough technical analysis of existing systems and provide business-focused recommendations for improvement.
  • Evaluate community solutions and develop custom Drupal modules as needed to meet specific project requirements.
  • Mentor junior developers in technologies, solutions, and best practices to ensure knowledge transfer and team growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan tasks, estimate work effort, and schedule development and maintenance activities.
  • Optimize code, review performance, and implement best practices for efficiency, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of professional experience in Drupal PHP development, with intermediate roles requiring 4+ years and senior roles requiring 8+ years.
  • Strong understanding of project development lifecycles and methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
  • Extensive experience in Drupal 8 & 9, covering enterprise-level implementations, module configuration, custom module development, API integration, theme development (Twig, JavaScript/jQuery, Bootstrap 4, CSS/SCSS/SASS), system design, architecture, prototypes, and proof of concepts.
  • Familiarity with web browsers, their capabilities, and limitations.
Nice to Have:
  • Experience with NodeJS, ReactJS, AngularJS, Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, or other front-end frameworks.
  • Knowledge of MS SQL Server and its latest versions.
  • Familiarity with Linux operational commands and basic GIT usage.
