Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement new features, ensuring high performance, scalability, and availability of the CMS.
Create and maintain service interfaces between Drupal and external systems.
Conduct technical analysis of new and existing systems and provide business-focused solutions.
Evaluate community solutions and develop custom Drupal modules as needed.
Mentor and train junior developers in technologies, solutions, and best practices.
Contribute to task planning, work estimates, and scheduling for development and maintenance.
Optimize code, review performance, and implement best practices for efficiency.
Test, support, and troubleshoot issues across intranet and internet sites.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree or higher, in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
With 4+ years of professional Drupal PHP development experience for intermediate roles, and 8+ years for senior roles
Strong understanding of project development lifecycle and methodologies.
Extensive experience in Drupal 8 & 9, including:
(1) Enterprise-level Drupal implementations
(2) Module configuration, custom module development, and API integration
(3) Theme development (Twig, JavaScript/jQuery, Bootstrap 4, CSS/SCSS/SASS)
(4) System design, architecture, prototypes, and proof of concepts
(5) Drupal site maintenance, administration, caching methods, and deployments
Strong knowledge of PHP, HTML/HTML5, CSS/CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive web design.
Experience integrating open-source and third-party applications into Drupal sites.
Familiarity with web browsers, their capabilities, and limitations.
Nice to Have:
Experience with NodeJS, ReactJS, AngularJS, Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, or other front-end frameworks.
Knowledge of the latest versions of MS SQL Server.
Basic Linux operational commands.
Familiarity with GIT, SSO, NPM, Composer, Drush, and Drupal API.
