Validate sales transactions to ensure legitimacy and customer understanding of terms and conditions.
Ensure that customers meet all prerequisites and qualifications for the courses or services purchased.
Accurately document customer interactions and validation outcomes.
Report any discrepancies or unusual patterns in sales transactions to the Sales Verification Manager.
Provide clear and concise information to customers regarding their purchase and any prerequisites required.
Address customer queries and concerns professionally, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Support inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during the validation process.
Participate in quality assurance initiatives to improve the validation process and customer experience.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to identify areas of improvement in the sales process.
Work effectively with other departments to resolve customer issues or discrepancies.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in customer service, telemarketing, or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately record information.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
