Job Title: Senior Workplace Designer

Overview

This role involves creating innovative and functional workplace designs that meet the needs of clients. As a senior workplace designer, you will be responsible for collaborating with clients to understand their requirements, developing design concepts, producing design drawings and plans, coordinating with contractors and vendors, and ensuring project timelines are met.

Qualifications
  • Experience in workplace design, space planning, and developing design concepts
  • Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Project management skills including budgeting, scheduling, and coordinating with contractors
  • Ability to conduct site visits and oversee design implementation ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
  • Excellent communication and client collaboration skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in workplace or commercial design
