Global Innovation Leader Needed

  • We are looking for a driven individual to lead our global innovation pipeline across sports supplements and functional health products.

About this Role:

  • Develop and drive the new product development (NPD) roadmap
  • Lead end-to-end innovation projects from concepting to launch
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, supply chain, quality, brand, e-commerce, marketing, regulatory and finance
  • Stay ahead of global trends in supplements, functional beverage and snacks, and health & wellness
  • Ensure all new products meet compliance, scientific backing, and brand strategy requirements
  • Manage timelines, critical paths, budgets, and documentation

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in product development within supplements or FMCG
  • Strong understanding of effective ingredients and formulations
  • Demonstrated project management expertise
  • Not essential, but experience with international regulatory frameworks is a bonus
  • Strong cross-functional management and communication skills
  • Degree in Nutrition, Food Science, Chemistry or a related field
  • Detail-oriented, strategic thinker with a bias for execution
  • Passion for fitness, gym culture, and improving lives through better health
