Procurement Specialist

Job Description

The Procurement Specialist will be responsible for sourcing quality products and services to support our operations.

  • Source and evaluate suppliers to ensure best value in terms of price, quality, and reliability.
  • Negotiate prices, contracts, and delivery terms with vendors and suppliers.
  • Issue and manage purchase orders according to company policies.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate purchasing activities to avoid shortages or overstocking.
  • Work closely with internal departments such as Finance, Logistics, and Production to ensure procurement aligns with business needs.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records and generate regular reports.
  • Evaluate supplier performance and ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Buyer, Purchasing, or in a similar procurement role.
  • Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques, as well as inventory control.

Benefits

This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday from 9.00am - 6.00pm.
