  • Gain a deep understanding of the current market landscape, including competitive analysis, key issues in each ESG phase, consumer sentiment, and market entry opportunities.
  • Compile, synthesize, and analyze market insights and data to create short-term and mid-term strategic plans to support client requirements.
  • Assist in report and survey creation, including analysis, data entry, and chart/table creation in Excel/PPT.

Requirements:

Essential Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Sustainability, Finance, Economics, Business, or related fields; Master's/MBA preferred.
  • Experience working with Western multinational companies or in US, UK, Europe, or Australia.
  • Excellent strategic and analytical skills, with knowledge of analytics tools.
  • Understanding of how data insights inform strategic decisions.
  • Ability to adapt quickly, work independently and collaboratively, and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and high-level PPT/Excel.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
