Job Title: Social Media Marketing Specialist

We are a rapidly expanding e-commerce business with a strong presence in the wedding and party industry. Our company boasts a massive following across various digital platforms including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, Facebook, etc.

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced Influencer Marketing Manager to join our team

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing our influencer marketing strategy across social and offline channels. This includes identifying and building relationships with key industry partners, managing day-to-day communication with influencers, and maintaining talent relationships.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns across social and offline channels.
  • Identify and build relationships with key industry partners.
  • Manage day-to-day communication with influencers.
  • Maintain talent relationships.
  • Exceed targets across revenue, engagement, messaging, and follower growth.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of related experience preferably within influencer marketing, social media, or PR in the fashion industry.
  • An ideal candidate will have a personal rolodex of influencer and celebrity talent relationships and an eye for new upcoming talent.
  • Expertise in leading social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, Facebook, etc.) and understands digital marketing trends.
  • Able to think strategically and creatively.
  • Flexible to adapt quickly to changing business needs and dealing with ambiguity.
  • PC Skills, including MS Office, and MS Outlook.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Comfortable with occasional travel.
  • Self-starter, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
