The Incident Response Lead role is crucial in our mission to protect people and food by leading a team of incident responders.
This position requires strong analytical and communication skills to manage a 24/7 virtual team monitoring and responding to major incidents.
As an Incident Response Lead, you will be responsible for coordinating and prioritizing ISIRT incidents, implementing a cross-functional team of analysts, and serving as a point of escalation and incident commander.
To succeed in this role, you will need technical aptitude, personal, organizational, communication, and analytical skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with cybersecurity leadership.
We are looking for a motivated and skilled professional who can bring order to a fast-paced operation and enforce policies, playbooks, and methodologies for the best course of action.
In return, you will have the opportunity to work closely with stakeholders and cybersecurity's leadership team, prioritize your work related to suspected and confirmed incidents, and direct analysts to investigate, validate, remediate, and communicate known details about the incident.
This is a permanent position based in a country within the Asia time zone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of incident responders for ISIRT response and interact with cybersecurity leadership and business stakeholders.
- Coordinate and ensure ISIRT incidents are prioritized at all hours of the day.
- Implement a cross-functional team of analysts working closely with cybersecurity, IT, and developers.
- Serve as a point of escalation and incident commander.

- Analyze and organize complex work to help the team rank tasks.
- Enforce policies, playbooks, and methodologies for the best course of action.
- Communicate effectively with cybersecurity leadership and stakeholders.
