We are seeking a Senior Analyst to join our Compliance and Internal Audit Analytics team. The successful candidate will partner with our global compliance teams to help us achieve our mission of Money Without Borders.

About the Role

The Senior Analyst will be responsible for developing and owning the reporting layer for compliance activities, providing assurance to the Board and regulators that we are effectively managing risks. This will involve:

  • Establishing an effective engagement model between analytics and Compliance to provide assurance that 1st line is effectively managing risks.
  • Outlining an implementation plan to address analytical support for regulatory reporting.
  • Identifying opportunities for automated compliance monitoring.
  • Coordinating work with junior analysts in the region.

Key Responsibilities

The Senior Analyst will be responsible for:

  • Developing and maintaining complex data sources.
  • Leveraging data visualization tools to surface insights.
  • Producing comprehensive data documentation.
  • Collaborating with key partners to get the job done.
  • Managing competing priorities and prioritizing own work.
  • Coaching and developing junior team members.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 4+ years of experience working in data analytics.
  • Experience managing junior colleagues.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize own work and manage competing priorities.
  • Understanding of data integrity, quality, and governance.
