We are seeking a highly skilled pharmacist to join our hospital team in Singapore.

Job Summary:

We require an experienced locum pharmacist to cover various duties, including reviewing inpatient orders and dispensing medication for discharge. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a hospital setting and be familiar with EPIC or willing to undergo training.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Review and verification of inpatient orders, ensuring accurate medication dispensing and minimizing errors.
  2. Dispensing of medication for discharge, maintaining the highest standards of patient care.
  3. Review of medications and dispensing at SLCC clinic, adhering to hospital protocols and guidelines.
  4. Support in pharmacy operations as assigned, contributing to a smooth-running department.

Requirements:

  1. At least 2 years of working experience in a hospital setting, with a strong background in clinical pharmacy practice.
  2. Familiarity with EPIC is preferred, but not essential, as training can be provided.

Proposed Work Arrangements:

  • Once a week on Tuesday, 8:30am-5:30pm.
  • Coverage of Saturday duties 2 times a month (8:30am-12:30pm).
  • Permutations in coverage can be discussed to ensure flexibility.

Additional Information:

Please note that this is a temporary locum position.
