Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Store Support Specialist. This role involves traveling to stores within an assigned district to execute variable tasks, including planograms, and providing support for other tasks such as merchandise and fixture assembly. The successful candidate will interact with customers and colleagues, delivering a Legendary Customer Experience.

The ideal candidate will be available, flexible, adaptable, and service-oriented, with the ability to fulfill all requirements of the job. This includes maintaining regular and predictable attendance, working scheduled shifts, and being able to work varied hours, days, nights, and overtime as dictated by business needs.

Key responsibilities include completing planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner, performing store-specific measurements, accurate cycle counts, and completing Tractor Way top cap process. Additionally, the candidate will hang store signage, assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs, perform detailed recovery and review planogram integrity, and deliver on our promise of Legendary Customer Service through effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
  • Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older and possess a valid driver's license.

Physical Requirements:

The role requires the ability to travel as required in support of district needs, push and pull merchandise up to 2,000 pounds with assistance of proper material handling equipment, occasionally lift or reach merchandise overhead, frequently stand, kneel, twist, crouch, squat, bend, stoop, and climb ladders, and operate store equipment such as computer, cash register, and other store equipment.
