Job Summary:
Business Growth SpecialistWe are seeking a skilled Business Growth Specialist to lead our store expansion initiatives in Singapore.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategic plans for new store openings, identifying prime locations and analyzing market trends to ensure maximum impact.
- Establish strong relationships with mall developers, property owners, and real estate agents to secure ideal store locations and negotiate favorable lease terms.
- Liaise with engineering suppliers to ensure seamless construction and fit-out processes for new stores, managing timelines and quality control throughout the project.
- Develop detailed project plans and allocate resources effectively to ensure timely completion of new store openings.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in business administration, real estate, or a related field, and at least 5 years of experience in business development, real estate, or project management, with a proven track record of successful store expansion or real estate deal-making in the Singapore market.
