Job Title: Performance Planner

We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Planner to join our team.

About the Role:

The role sits within a market-leading performance team, responsible for implementational / executional management. As a Performance Planner, you will be tasked with planning, optimizing and activating digital campaigns.

You report directly to the Performance Director / Performance Manager in the team.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Digital Campaign Planning: Plan, setup and manage all digital advertising channels primarily Paid Search (Google Ads, Bing Ads), TikTok and Facebook Ads Manager
  • Campaign Optimization: Monitor and optimize channels and campaigns to achieve business objectives with efficiencies and scale
  • Performance Reporting: Assist in the preparation and rationale of performance marketing recommendations and annual plan presentations
  • Budget Management: Ensure budgets are tracked and spent efficiently
  • Data Analysis: Perform data analysis and provide thought leadership based on consumer insights where relevant
Requirements:
  • SEM Activation Experience: Minimum 1 year of SEM activation and optimization experience
  • Social Ads Setup: Minimum 1 year of Social Ads setup experience
  • Planning Experience: Minimum 1 year of planning experience, with exposure in omnichannel (Programmatic, Offline, etc.) planning considered a plus
  • Campaign Manager Floodlight Reports: Basic experience of pulling Campaign Manager Floodlight reports is required
  • Programmatic Media Planning: Knowledge of Programmatic (DV360, TTD) media planning and setup is a plus
