Senior FF&E Designer Role

As a seasoned Senior FF&E Designer, you will be part of a dynamic design team working on high-end hospitality projects. Your key responsibility will be to collaborate with the Interior Design team in developing concepts and creating presentations for clients.

  • You will source suitable materials and fabrics for interior finishes, artwork, furniture, and lighting.

The Senior FF&E Designer will perform tasks that may include:

  1. Preparing, scheduling, and selecting FF&E and Artwork items for the project in collaboration with the Design Leads and Senior Interior Designers throughout every stage of the design process.
  2. Developing and preparing all material finishes, ironmongery, and sanitary ware specifications in partnership with the Project Designer.
  3. Preparing and coordinating all FF&E documentation required for Tender issues. Creating and maintaining FF&E budget estimates versus actual as needed.
  4. Reviewing samples, strike-offs, shop drawings, and materials etc. for compliance with specifications and design intent.
  5. Participating in project meetings and Client presentations as needed. Attending Client work-sessions and design reviews as required.
  6. Traveling internationally for assigned project presentations, coordination meetings, and site visits as required.
  7. Guiding junior team members, offering design and process support.

  • Experience in the area of FF&E for 7-8 years - a plus if coming from the
