**Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
- At least one year of experience in talent sourcing, preferably in a high-volume environment.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with stakeholders at all levels.
