Job Title: Public Relations Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Public Relations Assistant.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Project Manager and Public Relation Officer with various tasks, including managing public relation issues and general project queries effectively.

This role is ideal for someone who has experience in handling public relations matters and responding to resident queries. The ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate and explain Home Improvement Programme (HIP) and Enhancement for Active Seniors (EASE) retrofit provisions to residents.

  1. Handle resident requests and complaints with tact and patience.
  2. Arrange timely works within flats.
  3. Maintain positive relations with residents and ensure good rapport.
  4. Attend and provide administrative support in construction working committee meetings as directed by the SO Rep.
  5. Plan and promote public relation programs for Home Improvement Program (HIP), preparing circulars, letters and notices.
