We seek a passionate educator with a positive mindset, believing in collective efficacy and capable of working in partnership with school leaders to drive evidence-based school improvement.

The role involves collaborating with school leaders to ensure continuous improvement priorities and projects, delivering, monitoring, and evaluating the Cognita Assurance Framework. Effective governance as framed by this framework is crucial, and building positive professional relationships is essential.
