Account Strategist Job Description:

We seek an experienced Account Strategist to map account strategies, align resources, and act as an extension of our customers.

This role involves working closely with product specialists to develop tailored solutions for customers. Our team provides technical support from solutions architects and sales engineers.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with current and prospective customers to understand their business challenges and goals.
  • Work with customers on our platform to evangelize solutions that drive business success.
  • Leverage strong consultative selling skills to sell complex solutions or technology across various industries.
  • Develop and lead extended teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Prioritize understanding outstanding business requirements of customers across multiple industries.
  • Cultivate relationships and problem-solve in fast-paced, multifaceted environments.
  • Demonstrate alignment with core competencies for the role, including extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer work, etc.
  • Proficient in English and French languages.

Required Skills:

  • Creativity and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Proven oral, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Sales methodology education.
  • Middle to large account experience.
  • Ability to develop cases and service requirements while crafting strategic alliances.
  • Capacity to thrive in fast-paced environments.
  • A proven track record of consistently achieving or surpassing sales quota.
