Process Optimization Specialist

Job Title: Process Operations Expert
Our company is seeking a skilled Process Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all statutory and corporate HSE regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain plant operations at optimal conditions.
- Conduct regular plant patrols to uphold reliability and minimize downtime.
- Perform sampling and in-process quality control (QC) analysis.
- Prepare master batch sub-raw materials based on production requirements.
- Assist the Shift Superintendent during plant emergencies with prompt and appropriate actions.
- Perform basic maintenance on plant equipment when needed.
- Support other departments (Technical, Distribution, Sales) during daily operations and product commissioning.
- Participate in Emergency Response Team duties during incidents.
- Maintain housekeeping standards in the plant.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: NITEC / Diploma in Chemical Engineering or Chemical Process Technology (or equivalent).
- Others: Must be able to work 12-hour rotating shifts; No prior experience required - training provided; Hands-on and multi-tasking attitude required.
