We are seeking a results-driven Digital Acquisition Strategist to lead our scaled online acquisition efforts in the APAC region. This role will be critical in designing and implementing strategies to acquire small to medium-sized businesses (SMBs) through various online channels.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, data analysis, and a proven track record of driving customer acquisition in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities include conducting market research to understand SMB needs, competitor strategies, and emerging trends to inform acquisition tactics, creating and executing acquisition strategies tailored to SMBs, overseeing the planning, execution, and optimization of online advertising campaigns aimed at SMBs, developing and implementing strategies to generate online leads, establishing and nurturing relationships with SMBs, collaborating with the sales team to create tailored sales pitches and presentations, analyzing campaign performance data, and managing and allocating budget effectively across various channels.

Job Requirements: 8 to 10 years of experience with a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, proven experience in SMB digital acquisition, paid media, content marketing, website optimization, and digital marketing, strong understanding of the SMB market, excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
