    • Assist the Sous Chef in overseeing food preparation and kitchen operations to ensure seamless execution of daily tasks.
    • Ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest quality and consistency, adhering to our culinary standards.
  • Team Leadership and Development
    • Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure adherence to hygiene and safety standards, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
    • Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new menu items and refine existing recipes, driving innovation and creativity.
  • Inventory Management and Supply Chain
    • Manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain stock levels to ensure efficient kitchen operations and minimize waste.

Requirements

  • Expertise in cooking Nonya cuisine is not necessary but an added advantage.

  • A team player who works efficiently to fulfill production demands, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
