Job Overview:

A distinguished scalp care professional is responsible for delivering exceptional scalp and hair treatments, conducting comprehensive analyses, and mentoring junior therapists. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding communication skills, a thorough understanding of scalp and hair care principles, and the ability to stay current with the latest industry trends and advancements.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Tailored Treatments: Provide customized scalp and hair treatments, including deep cleansing, scalp massage, detox therapy, and advanced scalp care techniques.
  • Analysis and Diagnosis: Conduct thorough scalp and hair analysis using diagnostic tools to identify concerns such as dandruff, hair loss, oily scalp, and sensitivity.
  • Treatment Planning: Recommend suitable treatment plans and products, ensuring clients understand their scalp condition and the benefits of prescribed solutions.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and mentor junior scalp therapists to maintain high service standards.
  • Hygiene and Safety: Ensure strict adherence to hygiene and safety protocols in all treatments.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain long-term client relationships through exceptional service and follow-up care.
  • Sales Support: Assist in achieving team sales targets by promoting treatment packages and retail products.
  • Professional Development: Stay updated with the latest scalp and hair therapy trends, technologies, and products.

Requirements:
