Key Responsibilities
  • Onboarding Process Management
    • Develop and implement effective onboarding strategies to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
    • Conduct thorough employee screenings, including background checks and reference verifications.
    • Issue offer letters and manage employee declarations.
  • Post-Employment Screenings
    • Conduct post-employment screenings to identify any discrepancies in screening reports.
    • Communicate findings to relevant HR Business Partners.
  • Staff Movement Activities
    • Coordinate transfers, secondments, and changes in employment status.
    • Administer work pass applications and renewals for employees and their dependents.
  • Employee Records Management
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR systems.
    • Ensure timely storage of employee documents in electronic personnel file systems.
Requirements
  • Qualifications
    • Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Experience
    • Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience within the financial services sector.
  • Skills
