Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Investment Portfolio Specialist to support our investment team in managing investment products and analyzing portfolio performance.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the investment manager, including cash flow projection, cash management, and monitoring of corporate actions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the investment manager in day-to-day management of investment products
  • Monitor and analyze portfolio performance versus benchmark indices and risk parameters
  • Conduct investment research across multiple asset classes
  • Monitor global macroeconomic developments and market trends
  • Assist in portfolio construction, rebalancing, and trade execution
  • Prepare factsheets and marketing materials for clients
  • Liaise with external service providers for various tasks

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of professional experience in fund houses or asset management arms of investment banks
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a dynamic environment
  • Good understanding of financial markets and industry landscape
  • Proficient in Powerpoint and Excel
  • Familiarity with portfolio management tools such as Bloomberg AIM
