Solution Architect Lead

Job Description:

As a seasoned solution architect, you will play a pivotal role in providing expert technical guidance for large-scale servers, storage, and backup solutions. You will be responsible for designing and implementing cutting-edge technology solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical leadership and expertise in designing and implementing large-scale servers, storage, and virtualization solutions.
  • Collaborate with vendors, channel partners, and technology partners to develop solution write-ups and engage the Service Delivery team for professional services.
  • Create architecture artifacts and documentation to explain complex design concepts and solutions to various stakeholders.
  • Lead product presentations, demonstrations, and provide support at customer-facing events.
  • Transition and handover solutions to project implementation teams upon contract award.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline.
  • At least 3 years' experience in designing, implementing, and consulting on large-scale servers, storage, virtualization, data protection, and recovery solutions.
  • 5+ years of experience in Systems and Storage with HPE, IBM, Lenovo, Dell EMC, Hitachi Vantara, NetApp.
  • Hands-on experience with various operating systems (Microsoft Windows, Redhat) and virtualized platforms (VMware ESXi, Microsoft Hyper-V, KVM, Kubernetes).
  • Good knowledge of backup and archival solutions such as Veritas, Veeam, Acronis, IBM Spectrum Protect.
  • Familiarity with data resiliency and disaster recovery solutions.
  • Experience in virtualization and cloud (IaaS) technology.
  • Excellent customer service skills and strong teamwork abilities.
  • Attained professional certifications in relevant skills.
