The Role

The Marketing Assistant will be responsible for executing offline and online marketing strategies, managing various marketing initiatives across different platforms, and coordinating events and online channels.

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop marketing and medical collaterals, including product fact sheets, brochures, promotional posters, and coordinate with agencies, printers, and vendors to meet project timelines.

  • Manage day-to-day marketplaces & e-stores operations such as customer enquiries & order fulfilments.

  • Create and update online channels content, products, images, promotions and banners to ensure the website is kept up to date.

  • Support online campaigns & livestreams – from conceptualization, working with cross-functional team on smooth execution of online campaigns.

  • Monitor & perform analysis of performance metrics, tracking revenue, traffic, conversion rates, and customer retention.
