Clinical Operations Manager – Public Healthcare

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Operations Manager to join our team. This is a key leadership role that requires a strong background in healthcare operations and excellent communication skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our public healthcare services, including developing strategies to improve patient care and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Optimizing Patient Journeys: Develop and implement strategies to streamline patient flow and enhance their overall experience.
  • Leading Hospital Development: Collaborate with stakeholders to develop roadmaps for hospital development, ensuring alignment with project goals.
  • Collaboration and Facilitation: Work closely with consultants, medical planners, and internal teams to develop service flow design and planning parameters.
  • Workshop Coordination: Facilitate workshops and coordinate meetings to gather user requirements and test new models.
  • Budgeting and Reporting: Prepare business cases to seek approvals for infrastructure growth and provide regular updates to management.
  • Operational Leadership: Implement operational models in line with hospital services and care models, ensuring adherence to budget and guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 7 years of experience in healthcare operations; candidates with more relevant experience may be considered for the Senior Manager position.
  • Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, strong organizational and time management skills, and strong leadership qualities.
