Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our submarine cable operations and customer management initiatives. This role requires a strong background in managing complex projects, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
  • Closely managing and working with customers/partners to provide life cycle support of submarine cable landing infrastructure and equipment
  • Collaborating with suppliers and partners on project implementation activities such as site survey, installation, testing, and commissioning of submarine cable and terminal equipment
  • Ensuring customers obtain relevant statutory permits in their respective countries and providing necessary support and coordination
  • Ownership and management of the customer experience and relationship management
  • Submarine cable fault repair activities in coordination with cable ship, NOC, customers, and other cable landing stations

Additionally, the successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently with minimal supervision, and possess superior interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

To excel in this role, the ideal candidate should possess:At least 7-10 years of relevant experience in submarine cable operations or submarine cable projectsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to set priorities, recognize basic causes, and recommend problem solutionsWell-developed communication skills (both written and verbal) and balanced interpersonal styleAble to take initiative and work with minimum direction in a fast-paced environmentExperience in handling customer service delivery, assurance, or partnership management
