Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Artist to join our team at Tanjong Beach Club. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality dishes that exceed our guests' expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook menu items to order, ensuring consistency and quality in every dish
  • Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies, maintaining a clean and organized workspace
  • Handle inventory and stock management, ensuring accurate tracking and ordering of ingredients
  • Clean and maintain kitchen equipment and utensils, adhering to health and safety standards
