Your Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily operations routine checks
- Monitor and track building conditions
- Ensure timely reporting on safety regulations
- Track contracts renewal and progress
- Liaise with service vendors and project contractors
- Handover and takeover of properties
- Oversee the deployment of manpower for events
- Manage inventory required for sales gallery
Requirements:
- Diploma in Property Management/ Hospitality
- At least 5 years of experience
- Well-versed in Safe System of Work (SSo W) practices and safety regulations
- Proficient in Microsoft Words and Excel
- Able to work on rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays
- Possesses a valid driving license with clean driving records
