Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver technical training sessions on bus operation, maintenance, and repair
• Develop and update training content, materials, and assessments aligned with industry standards
• Conduct classroom instruction and hands-on training in the workshop or on-site at depots
• Train staff on diagnostic tools, vehicle systems, and safety protocols
• Evaluate trainees through testing, assessments, and observation of hands-on performance

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Diploma in Mechanical / Automotive Engineering / Engineering Management
• Industry Trainer Certificate (ITE) and Advanced Certificate in Training & Assessment - Facilitated Learning (ACTA/ACLP)
• Bilingual - English and Mandarin / Malay / Tamil
• Minimum 5 years of experience in bus or heavy vehicle maintenance and repair
• At least 2 years of experience in delivering technical training or mentoring technicians
