Job Title: Chief Information Protection Officer

We are seeking a seasoned cybersecurity professional to assume the role of Chief Information Protection Officer. In this capacity, you will be responsible for analyzing complex security threats and developing strategic solutions to improve our organization's overall cybersecurity posture.

  • Utilize advanced analytical tools to identify potential security incidents and develop incident response plans.
  • Collaborate with the Incident Response Team to respond to and contain security breaches.
  • Monitor and track security events from various systems and users, ensuring timely resolution and closure.
  • Design and implement effective security playbooks and procedures to enhance incident response capabilities.
  • Participate in regular cybersecurity training exercises to stay up-to-date on emerging threats and technologies.
  • Maintain and upgrade cybersecurity software and tools to ensure optimal performance.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must possess the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of direct experience in information security, preferably in a SOC environment.
  • Proven expertise in analyzing log data from various security tools and identifying security incidents.
  • Familiarity with different types of attacks and tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) on systems, networks, and applications in both on-premise and cloud environments.
  • Possession of certifications such as CEH, SOC Analyst (CSA), or GIAC Incident Handler is highly desirable.
