Job Title: Innovation & Manufacturing Strategist

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor production metrics on fully automated lines.
  • Anticipate and address potential bottlenecks to ensure timely progress.
  • Coordinate resources to achieve daily goals.
  • Lead projects to enhance productivity, efficiency, and quality.

Required Qualifications

  • Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Electronic Engineering, Electrical Electronics Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Computer Science.
  • At least 7 years of experience in the semiconductor industry foundry.
  • Adept at project management with a strong commitment.
  • Proficient in Excel (VBA) & SQL or Tableau for data analysis.
  • Able to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.
  • Standby 24 hours for Fab Operation.
