Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Strategic Portfolio Coordinator to join our team in the Consumer Banking Group. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing investment proposals that suit clients' target strategic asset allocation and reflect their investment objective and risk profile.
You will assist investment counsellors (ICs) in developing and enhancing relationships with clients through a thorough understanding of their requirements and objectives. You will also liaise and coordinate marketing efforts for ICs with product desk, provide support to the ICs in managing and monitoring clients' portfolios, gather information on economic, finance or investment matters for use by ICs, compile recommendation lists from various product teams to address client needs, coordinate meeting and training schedules for ICs, and participate in other duties and projects assigned.
This role requires a strong understanding of modern banking solutions and system architecture, basic banking and operational knowledge, knowledge of risk management, credit, operations, finance, compliance, and controls, good understanding of financial and investment markets, computer skills such as Excel macro, team player with good communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to think analytically and problem-solve across multiple dimensions.
